This policy covers the New Vector AI website and launch waitlist. It does not cover the use of Kolloq, Emerra, or SecureWhisper, which are pre-launch products and will need their own product-specific policies before release.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we save your email address, the product or education topic you select, the signup time, and the status of any notification sent to our team. The form requires your consent to launch and education updates.
To limit automated submissions, the site temporarily stores an hourly hash derived from your IP address and a request count. The application does not store your raw IP address in its waitlist database. Hosting and service providers may process network and request information to operate and secure their services.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to record your interest, manage launch communications, and send the updates you requested. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for advertising profiles.
Where information goes
The public website is hosted on GitHub Pages, with Cloudflare providing DNS and proxy services. The waitlist and owner administration use a Cloudflare Worker, with records stored in Cloudflare D1. If email notifications are enabled, the configured email service, Resend, processes your email address and selected interest to notify New Vector AI of your signup. Signups are still stored when email delivery is not connected.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to retrieve those fonts. LinkedIn and YouTube links take you to external websites with their own privacy policies. We do not embed their feeds or videos.
Storage and access
Waitlist information is stored in a persistent database. Administrative access is restricted on the server to the site owner’s authenticated account. Email-service credentials are encrypted before storage.
We retain signup records while managing the launch waitlist and related communications, or until you request removal. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Joining is optional. To request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information, or to withdraw consent, contact New Vector AI through our LinkedIn page. Include the email address you used to join, but do not send sensitive personal information. You may also reply to an update you receive to ask to stop receiving updates.
Cookies and sign-in
This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The admin panel uses an essential, secure session cookie that expires after one hour. Visitors do not need to sign in to view the website or join the waitlist. Cloudflare may process security-related request data.
Keep sensitive information out of the form
The waitlist asks only for an email address and an interest. Do not submit medical, patient, financial, or other sensitive personal information. Interest in Emerra is a product-update preference; this website does not provide medical advice or collect surgery histories.

We may update this policy as the website and its services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
